Johnston County sheriff’s office cancelled an Amber Alert sent out Saturday afternoon shortly before 4:30 p.m.
Capt. Gary Kramer of the Johnston County sheriff’s office released information Sunday morning that Briana Crane was found.
According to a Des Moines Register article, Kenneth Johns, 48, was taken into custody by Davenport police around 9:35 a.m. Davenport authorities learned Johns was in a house in the 2600 block of Farnam Street.
After negotiating for two and a half hours, Johns became threatening and violent, and was tactically taken into custody, later transported to Scott County Jail, said the article.
